Cost Estimate
If you would like to have a rough idea of the cost before survey, all we need is an image or two of the area in question and a basic specification. From that we would be happy to supply an indicative cost for your project together with photographs of other work we have carried out that may be similar in size and design.
Free Survey & Design
By appointment, we can visit your home or business, listen to your requirements, provide samples, conduct a full survey and offer any advice that will help in designing the perfect solution for your needs.
Quotation
Once the survey has been completed a detailed fixed price quotation will be prepared for your consideration.
Technical Survey
A further technical survey will be arranged if required, however in most cases this will not be necessary, as all dimensions and information for manufacture and installation will have been taken during our initial visit.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery is either arranged for a day or two in advance, or our installation team will bring the structure with them and commence work upon arrival. Awning and veranda installations are normally completed in one day, while enclosed glass rooms are usually 2-3 days. Our experienced team have been installing our verandas for over 5 years and will make sure that the area is cleaned and that you are happy with everything before departure.
Planning Permission
In the unlikely event that a planning application is required, we can advise on what steps should be taken.
